My Approach

Over these two decades of handling mainly family law matters, I have recognized that there is a great need for caring and compassionate counsel in divorce disputes. I understand that helping people through difficult times is first and foremost about listening and paying attention — to your needs, your objectives and your concerns.

I also know that, when you are confronting family law disputes, you want honest answers. I have a longstanding reputation among judges and peers for the high level of integrity I maintain in my practice.

My Process

When you hire me to handle your divorce or family law matter, I will begin the process with an extensive interview, so that I can thoroughly understand the facts and circumstances surrounding your dispute, as well as what you hope to accomplish. I will encourage you to ask me as many questions as you need, so that you are fully informed regarding your options and the potential outcome of your case.

Once I have gathered all the information necessary to mount a successful legal action, I will evaluate whether expert witnesses are required. I have an extensive network of experts that I regularly use to help judges and juries understand complex issues, including financial matters and property issues.

My Practice
